No Charge for Members, $45.00 Non-Members - This course provides general information to the student regarding the common hazards associated with all types of scaffolds. A scaffold is defined as an elevated, temporary work platform. Students will learn how to protect themselves when using or working around scaffolds on the construction site. This course will cover applicable OSHA Standards as well as how to protect workers from falls from elevated surfaces, collapse of the scaffold, being struck by falling objects and electrocution hazards.
