The course also provides information regarding worker’s rights, employer responsibilities, and how to file a complaint. This course is presented by OSHA-authorized trainers. The 10 hour class is intended for entry level workers, while the 30 hour class is more appropriate for supervisors and employers with safety management responsibilities. This course is designed to ensure that employees and employers are more knowledgeable about workplace hazards along with employer and employee rights and responsibilities. This is a voluntary program that does not meet training requirements for any OSHA standards.
